Acceptance of Terms

We may request additional documentation to verify a user's age when necessary. A legally binding agreement between the user and 53bd takes effect from the moment these terms are accepted. Both parties are required to comply with the terms of this agreement.
Account Registration & Security
To open a valid account with 53bd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. The name, national ID number, and phone number provided at registration must be genuine and valid. Additional documentation may be required during the verification process, which is mandatory for security purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your password or granting third parties access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. 53bd will never ask for your password via email or message. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.
If a user fails to verify their age at the time of registration, their account may be suspended at any time. 53bd reserves the right to place an account under investigation without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected. Inactive accounts may be automatically deactivated after a specified period of inactivity.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users must comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh while using the 53bd platform. Any form of fraud, deception, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward other users on the platform is completely forbidden. The use of automated software, bots, or any hacking attempts against the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users must play using their own funds and must not operate their account using money belonging to third parties. Any transaction linked to money laundering or illegal financial activity will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities without delay. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or promotions, or to gain an advantage through multiple accounts, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the security of their own devices and internet connections.
No content, logos, trademarks, or intellectual property belonging to 53bd may be reused, distributed, or modified without prior permission. If any vulnerability or bug on the platform is identified, it must be reported to our support team immediately; exploiting it for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
Platform Usage Guidelines

After a deposit is made, funds may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on the payment gateway. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are clearly stated on the platform and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days. To withdraw, your account must be fully verified and any active wagering requirements must be met.
